Eligibility
The £20 first clean promotion is available to new customers only.
The promotion is limited to one use per household.
Service Scope
The promotion applies to standard cleaning services only.
Additional services such as deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, and specialised tasks are not included and will be charged at standard rates.
Booking
Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
Customers must mention the promotional offer at the time of booking to qualify.
Service Duration
The promotional rate covers up to 1 hour of cleaning service. Additional time will be charged at the standard hourly rate.
Geographic Restrictions
The offer is valid only within London.
Additional travel charges may apply for locations outside this area.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in forfeiture of the promotional offer.
Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of service.
The promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
Validity Period
